Overview

We will be sending marketing emails to bookers as part of the user journey.

User Journey

Flight reminder - reminding customers about their <destination> flight + link to their personalised my experiences website

Subject line: <Name>, a reminder of your <destination> flight

Email Domains

Sender domain to use: @a user to confirm if partner is happy to use this

1. Email domain hello@myexperiences.hahnair.com

2. Email clicks tracking domain e.g clicks.myexperiences.hahnair.com

Set up process:

1. Hahn Air to confirm they are happy with domains

2. @a user to work with Braze to create DNS records

3. Once DNS records are ready we will share with HahnAir for them to impliment

Email Template Examples

Dynamic images and copy according to name, destination, flight number, departure airport, arrival airport, trip code (not visible)

Subject line: <Name>, a reminder of your <destination> flight
